Once your order have been confirm, you cannot cancel your order. When we received your order we will sent out our product within 5 working days. Our product will be sent by local post mail. You will receive an email when we dispatch your product. Refund can be made within 3 days after you receive your package. All returned product must be unworn, undamaged and unwash with all the tags and receipts in the original box. If the product became unavailable after you order, a refund will be issued. All refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-6 working days.

We recommended our client to hand wash each product and avoid using washing machine or drying machine as our product are handmade. Do not use bleach when washing our product. Please treat our product with care as there are limited stocks.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Once payment is received, you can’t cancel your order.
